Frame & Structure:

• Steel Base Chassis: Ensures a strong and stable foundation.
• Internal & External Walls: Made from Aluminium Composite Panels, providing weather resistance and a sleek finish.
• Wall Insulation: Equipped with 50mm thick, 12kg/m3 density Glass wool, offering superior thermal insulation for comfort in various climates.
• Doors: Designed with Powder Coated Aluminium Frame and Aluminium Panel Sheet, combining durability and aesthetic appeal.

Flooring:

• 18mm Cement Board covered with PVC Parquet, creating a high-quality, easy-to-maintain flooring solution.

Sanitary & Fittings:

• Each cabin is outfitted with:
  • Western W/C (toilet) for modern comfort.
  • Shattaf (handheld bidet) for hygiene.
  • Wudu/Ablution seat & washbasin with water tap, catering to religious practices.

Plumbing:

• PPR Pipes (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) are used for fresh water supply, providing durability and resistance to high temperatures.

HVAC:

• Each cabin and common area is ventilated with an Exhaust Fan in a powder-coated aluminium frame, ensuring proper air circulation and comfort.

Electrical & Lighting:

• LED Lighting for energy efficiency and low-maintenance costs.
• Waterproof Switches and Waterproof Power Sockets ensure safe use in wet environments.
• Equipped with DB & ELCB for safe and efficient electrical management.
